Hensun industrial pipe size range from OD 16 ~ 1820 mm, thickness 0.6 ~ 60 mm, OD tolerance can reach +/-0.02 mm.
We use automatic TIG welding / Plasma welding with 100% penetration to guarantee the weld seam strong enough.
The precision welded pipe production area is equipped with 10 automatic precision welded pipe production lines and 2 off-line automatic flanged welded pipe production lines.
The large-diameter industrial pipe production area is equipped with 3 off-line large-diameter automatic welded pipe production lines and more than 50 sets of 1200-ton benders.
Industrial pipe annual production capacity of 20,000 tons.
