Stainless Steel Industrial Tube Solution Treatment / Bright AnnealingMay 07,2022Hensun precision pipe production lines were equipped with online solution treatment equipment, especially for fluid pipe, sanitary tubes, bright annealing will be performed. Stainless steel tubes are heat treated under protective gas to obtain a bright surface, temperature for heat treatment will be controled from 1040~1080℃. Because it's without oxidation, BA gives pipes higher corrosion resistance compared with those under black anneal & pickle (A+P). Moreover, it helps to eliminate stress, improve weld seam performance, avoid pipes cracking during bending, flaring, necking and other processing. Hensun tubes after BA proccess can reach Elongation ≥ 45%, Flaring ≥ 25%, Flanging 90°, Necking ≥ 60%, Bending ≥ 180° and free of crack.Read More
